John the Fan Whisperer is the real deal. Had him and his teammate replace 2 broken noisy bathroom fans, John has been doing this excellent work with his own fans for a long time and knows what needs to be put in. We put in a 80 CFM for the smaller junior bathroom and 100 CFM for the bigger master ensuite. These fans have a nice hum and are not intrusive at all. Would highly recommend him for any residential work where you need it fixed. Him and his team are on time, communicate very well, and do the job very promptly within 1 hour to fix both fans that have 9.5 foot ceilings. Highly recommended! Pictures just demonstrate the suction power of the toilet paper held up by the fans and you can easily take them down once you turn off the power. ~ Isaac T

John is extremely professional and passionate about his work and has lot of experience in his field. He is very punctual and quite particular about the tools, which he owns himself. He won’t trouble you for anything.He is quite swift in his job and completes the task quickly and efficiently. We got our bathroom fan replaced and it works great now. John and his colleague came by to change out my bathroom fan. John chatted with me in advance of the appointment so we could confirm details. John's team also sent a text when they were on the way to my building. John and his colleague were both very punctual, they were extremely respective of the property, they cleaned as they worked and they got the job done in less than 10 minutes. John was very kind and easy to communicate with. He even tested the air flow of the new fan by placing a paper towel over it to show that the airflow had improved. John also explained that they worked on fixing up some openings within the duct work above the fan. Exceptional, professional service. Thanks for a job well done. ~ Mark

John "the fan whisperer" did a great job of replacing our old, noisy bathroom fans for a much quieter, simple, easy to clean system. He was generous in sharing knowledge accumulated from his over 25 years of working in the industry, and explained each step of changing out the fans, as well as provided tips on other issues we had in the house that could be corrected, such as our loud kitchen/range hood. John was very conscious of his tools and even brought his own booties to cover his shoes so as to not damage our carpet. We had a great experience with John, and are only sorry we didn't decide to call him sooner! He is professional, personable, respectful, experienced, and efficient (in and out in about 1 hour for two fans). The Fan Whisperer - John Comeau My tenant called to say his bathroom fan stopped working. I went to see if it was something I could fix but soon realized I was out of my depth. We were very lucky to find John who was able to replace 3 very old bathroom exhaust fans for us (more than 40 years old). I was concerned because they were through the wall types and that new fans would not fit into the old housings. We are in the process of remodelling a house and needed two fans replaced/repaired but the quotes were quite high and finding someone to help us out in a timely manner was proving to be difficult. John answered my inquiry so fast, I didn't get to my phone in time. The next day he was there with his expertise and experience to replace both fans and supplied fresh new covers efficiently and with a very friendly attitude. The design of one of the fans was a "Real Humdinger!!" but John was up to the task. I reached out to John because I had a bathroom fan that failed and unfortunately caught on fire. John responded immediately even though it was late at night and arrived the very next day to replace this fan plus another older fan in my powder room. I called John when my bathroom fan started acting up. It's been doing that for a while now and I couldn't get fix it myself. John was very professional when I called and set up an appointment for the next day. He came to my place on time and quickly got to work. Quick response to email inquiry and setting up an appointment for my bathroom fan. Was very informative with what could be the issues with the fan initially and I was able to investigate that prior to making the appointment. I can't say enough good things about them! They have a very unique niche and perfect solution for all fans sizes, hiring contractors would require remodeling and a lot more $$$$. John replaced my bathroom exhaust fan in the condo today. He was extremely good. He was very friendly and good natured. I was impressed with his efficiency and ability to get this done in under an hour. It took exactly 45 minutes to complete the job.
